A referral is not always required. However, it’s best to check with your insurance provider to confirm whether a referral is necessary for coverage.
Do you offer physical therapy on-site?
Yes, we have on-site physical therapy services to support recovery and rehabilitation after injuries or surgeries.
How soon can I be seen for an urgent orthopedic issue?
We offer urgent care services for orthopedic injuries, and we aim to see urgent cases as quickly as possible. Please call ahead if you require immediate assistance.
What is your policy on missed appointments?
We understand that plans can change, so we request that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. Missed appointments may incur a fee.
Can I get my medications filled at your facility?
Yes, we have an in-house pharmacy to make it easy for patients to get prescribed medications and other health essentials.
How can I contact the clinic outside of office hours?
For non-emergency issues, you can leave a message through our website or call and leave a voicemail, and our team will get back to you during the next business day. For emergencies, please go to the nearest hospital or call emergency services.
